I've been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Tampa Bay Area since 2003. I am certified in Expressive Arts Therapy and  EMDR (Level 1), and have completed extensive trainings in Sandplay Therapy, Analytical Psychology, and Jungian-based dream study practices. As your therapist, I will serve as facilitator, witness, supportive guide and encouraging coach.

My office is a comfortable and safe place to relax and explore, conveniently located in downtown St. Petersburg. Virtual appointments are also available, schedule permitting.
